Is this a dealer item? Getting the MDX touring thru a leasing agent, there are no dealer installed accessories on the car, looking for the ashtray/lighter, shift knob and tailgate deflector.

The ashtray replaces the slide out coin holder and is lit at night. The lighter replaces the 12V DC outlet in the dash. Kind of a goofy set up - the ashtray and lighter open and close seperately of each other. Also, your aim better be good - there's not a lot of clearance in the ashtray opening.

Can these items be bought from hondaacuraworld? (sorry, I think that's the place I've read about), any idea on pricing?

Yes, the ashtray and lighter (two parts) can be had for $40.30, in your choice of black or saddle tan, never sold one, so I'd have to order it in.
Burl shift knob is $88.40 as always, and tailgate deflector is $297.70.....tailgate deflector is on backorder at present, I'm prayin' that I see them Monday, as I have 18 people on a waiting list.
