For anyone who has been looking for a digitial camera, Pentax is offering a $100 rebate on the Pentax optio 330 digital camera... the camera is really small, 3.34 mega pixals, 3 x optical zoom, 2 x digital zoom, lithium ion battery and 16 mb compact flash.. so far i am realy happy with the camera..
this camera came out about a year ago and has been discontinued because pentax came out with the same camera but 4 mega pixals..

I am sure it's a good camera, but $599 including rebate is a bit high for 3.34 mp.
Most 4 mp cameras can be found for that price from Canon, Sony, Fuji, etc. Maybe that camera can be found a lot cheaper from other dealers. |

| i actually should have mentioned it in my original post.. this camera lists for $699... PC Richard here in ny recently had it for $599 before the rebate.. it can be found on the internet for around $430 .... so after the rebate with taxes and possibly shipping .. the camera is in the mid $300 range.. |
