I just checked the Lexus site, and Navi is included in a $6435 package. But this includes much more than navigation. You get:
EMV Mark Levinson Audio, Navigation System, Tilt and Slide One Touch Open/Close Moonroof, Heated Front and Rear Seats, Wood and Leather Steering Wheel and Voice Command Button

The heated seats separatley are a $1980 option, figure $1000 for the sunroof, $250 for the steering wheel, $1000 for the amazing Levinson audio system, and $200 for Lexuslink. That makes the Navi about $2000, which is in the right ballpark.
And the Denso Navigation system in this car is impressive.
