| I've had my Black MDX now for about three weeks. I've put about 1,100 miles on it.....wish I had gotten the NAVi....but that's another issue. I've noticed that the Stock Bose Sterio in my MDX isn't loud...I max it out and it doesn't sound loud. I have a 97 Maxima SE with Stock Bose Sterio and that radio is loud!!! Does anyone else have this problem? |

| I've got the base and just one or two ticks up is more than enough volume for normal listening. Going to about 4 ticks it's already VERY loud. Maybe you've got a problem with yours. But again, I only have the base and not the Bose. |

The stereo is like that because BOSE detuned the amp so that no matter how far up you have the volume there would be zero distortion. That is the answer according to Acura and Bose. There is a way to take that out..just find a really good audio tech.
