Just had my 15k service. $125 which includes the standard oil change, tire rotation and inspections. Dealer also say they clean and lube the brake calipers. Nothing in manual about "lubing" brakes. Has anyone else hear of this service?

My dealer does this also. This is about the only "add on" that I don't mind. Calipers only work well when they can slide (move) side to side. This keeps the inner and outer pads wearing evenly and applying the proper force to the rotor (both sides). In my neck of the woods with the winters and the salt they use on the roads brake calipers can seize up fairly easy.

I have a 2001 MDX and took it in after hearing the brakes clicking when braking while backing up or turning a corner while braking. The dealer found a stuck caliper and lubricated it. I still heard clicking and took it in a month ago. They found nothing but relubricated the calipers. I still hear clicking- does anyone else have this problem?
