Did anyone see the report about roller coasters on one of the news shows (60 min, 20/20, etc). They said some of the coasters pull as many G's as the space shuttle  .
They want warnings placed on the rides. They mentioned one woman who died of a ruptured brain anurism, which she didn't know she had. What would the warning be ... If you are alive you could die from this ride !!
I don't like them and don't ride them ... no warnings necessary :D . I like to go fast, but only if I'm the driver :2: |

| I'm crazy enough to love roller-coasters, but I prefer the older wooden ones -- especially Thunderbolt at Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh, which follows the hills and valleys in the park and has its biggest drop just before the end of the ride.:18: There are several others I want to try, but I'm not ready to die yet -- even though I'm one of the oldest, if not THE oldest, member of this forum! |
