Has anyone installed the fender flares by themselves?
Is it difficult? Take lots of time? A headache that is better left to the dealer?
I am thinking of doing it myself but looking at the 7 pages on the installation. It's looks like a little challenge.
What's your experience?

you want them to look perfect.
Not sure how easy it is, to work with two-sided tape. |

| I think that if you do a search you'll find a number of references to people that installed fender flares themselves without any difficulty - also with tips for installation. It took me about two hours total, including washing the MDX to be sure you had a clean surface. The hardest (most tedious) part is separating the covering off of the tape strips. Having a separate set of hands will make this part go a lot quicker. |
