Change is in the air
"The Power of Dreams" is much more than a slogan used in Honda's advertising. It encompasses Honda as a corporation. As a company built on dreams, our continued development of revolutionary insights and technologies can only be imagined by other automotive manufacturers. Dreams provide the power for our creative forces, furthering Honda's automotive engineering and technological advancements.
At Honda Australia, we apply this philosophy to everything we do. With this in mind, we recently re-engineered and re-designed our vehicle microsites. Each car in the Honda range now has a wealth of information available. Whether you are a "tyre-kicker" or a hard-core automotive enthusiast, you'll be sure to satisfy your hunger for knowledge. Of course, just like our range of cars, the microsites are extremely intuitive and easy to use, incorporating the style and creative flair that has made Honda vehicles famous.
Even "Honda NewsWire" is being updated and improved. In the next few editions, you'll notice a dramatic change when it arrives in your inbox. Again, with the focus on intuitiveness and ease of use, we'll be adding a level of style and interactivity that other news bulletins simply can't match. If you've been forwarded this email from a friend or acquaintance, we suggest you subscribe to Honda NewsWire now to ensure you don't miss out. Go to www.honda.com.au to sign up.
Getting ready to "Jazz" it up
At Honda Australia, we are preparing for one of the most exciting vehicle launches since the beloved Civic landed on our shores in 1972. It's called Jazz and we believe it's going to shake up the Australian premium small car market.
Due for launch in the last quarter of 2002, the Jazz is based on Honda's newly developed global small car platform, which truly sets a new global benchmark for small cars. The Jazz offers clean, environmentally friendly performance, together with advanced safety, distinctive styling, spacious interior and absolute driving pleasure.
But don't take our word for it. AutoExpress, the UK's biggest motoring magazine, has just named the Honda Jazz it's "Car of the Year 2002". Easily stealing the honours from 16 of the finest cars in the UK, AutoExpress said... "Beautifully built inside and out, it makes rivals look tired and conspicuously devoid of new ideas".
Not that the Jazz is a stranger to awards. In Japan (where it is sold as the Honda Fit), it clinched the coveted Japan Car of the Year 2001-02 title, the second year in a row that Honda has won the prestigious award.
It's still too early for details, but rest assured that as a member of Honda NewsWire, you'll be one of the first to know when details are released. Until then, be sure to log on to www.honda.com.au and keep your eyes peeled. |
