Has anyone replace the micro filter in the A/C system yet?
Is it a do it yourself job? Or must the dealer do it? |

| It's a DIY job. I can send you scans of the procedure from the Service Manual if you want. |

deltajetfixer,
I'm interested in the document as well. How about posting the scanned image in this thread?
Thanks. |

5. Install the filter in reverse order of removal.
I hope that means a NEW filter, and not the same filter installed backwards.

Do you know the cost of the micro-filter to replace? Cost of part? Cost to dealer to install it?
My wife's 2000 Maxima SE cost about $35-$40 dollars just for the part using my brother's resale number to get at cost. |

| Great "how to" Hockeyplayer! I am amazed that the factory would design something like that where you have to cut out a brace! It's incredible! Smells like someone hit the sake a little to hard the day they designed that area:D |
