I've had my MDX for 3 weeks now. Yesterday I wasn't sure how to get to an address I needed to go to in Seattle. I tried to put in the address & it said address not found! The house I was going to was built in 1908 so it is not a new address. I did find the house by myself so it really does exist. First I put in the street 30th Ave which worked fine. Then the system gave me a range of addresses which did not include the one I wanted so I put in the house number 4XX but then it told me address not found. Does this happen a lot?
Thanks.

The system will not accept a street address that is not within the range specified.

Were the other addresses close to where you were actually headed?

* If so, you could have put in an address that was within the range [I have done this before when I knew the street name but did not know the correct street number]. Worked great for me!

* If not, you may have gotten the wrong street! There could be multiple 30th somethings [streets, avenues, etc.]. We have had this occur in the LA area [this is not uncommon down here]. Heck, there are umpteen cities in the LA area and we frequently don't even know what city we really want!!

Not sure this helped but thought I would try ...
