Looks like the 03 will not have perforated seats. Perforated is only mentioned for the steering wheel on acura.com. From one particular pic on acura.com the seats definitely do not look perforated. Anyone also see this?

| note the fact that the center console in that picture is still the old, non-leather covered one. Acura.com has left many of the 2002 images up there. So, your deduction can't really be correct or then the 2002's wouldn't have had perforated seats either. Furthermore, I know that photoshop-ing is widespread amoung automakers for these types of pics. |

| Both on the page 21-22 image of te interoir and the photos of the interior swatches the leather is DEFINATELY shown as perforated. |

That is still the 2002 model though...

That is not true as all the pics that are under Performance, Comfort & Convenience, Safety & Security etc... are all 2003 pics. |

Acura Interior Info the 2003 MDX, part 1.
"MDX's steering wheel uses a thick rim section for a sporty, substantial feel. The leather cover is perforated in grip areas to prevent slippage."
"The transmission shift lever is also covered in matching perforated leather."
"The center panels of the leather seating surfaces are also perforated to provide additional ventilation." |

| Thanks wmquan, guess it was wishful thinking on my part. |

Just hope that it's not the same grade of perforated leather that they used in the Pilot. If you search around the Pilot forum you'll see where many of us have "sagging" seats where the center perforated leather stretches. It becomes noticable as early as the first week after delivery.
