The term I hear most often is...Multi-dimensional cross-trainer.

But feel free to use the search facility to find other variations or theories?

I believe it's actually Multi-Dimensional Cross-Terrain, not Cross-Trainer.

Here's one I'll bet most of you didn't know.

Of course, the Acura emblem looks like an "A". Turn it upside down and it looks similar to the Honda "H".

But in reality that emblem is supposed to be a compass (like those used to draw circles). Acura's slogan used to be "precision crafted performance", hence the compass emblem, which came out in 1991.

Hey, maybe we should put them on upside down. Kind of like an inverted horseshoe, so the luck doesn't run out! :D

And here, all this time, I figured it was just the Honda "H" that had been 'squished' together at the top to create the "A", so you could tell they were brands within the same 'family'.
