Here's how to get into the diagnostic mode / calibration mode (lifted from a post elsewhere -- not sure who to attribute it to, the post I found it in was by davegood):
quote: NAVI:
OK, here is what you can do. This applies only to the vehicles with Nav Systems.
Start the car and Press OK on the disclaimer screen. Press and hold the keys in this
order: Menu, Map/guide, and Cancel. Continue to hold all three for 5 seconds.
Non-Nav:
1. Turn on display
2. Press CLOCK plus RESET together for 5 seconds. It will enter a calibration mode
3. The value which will be changed will blink. First the temp offest will blink,
pressing TRIP will toggleto the Range Offset. Press TRIP again and you are out of
the calibration mode.
4. There are two values which can be adjusted: a RANGE Offset and a TEMP offset.
The MODE and A/C button will adjust down and up (- and +) respectively.
Some people have been looking for this info recently (including me). Here ya go.
I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. |

Tried the instructions for the Navi version: works like a charm.
The screen it takes you to has half a dozen or so buttons. Only a couple of them looked obviously "safe". Wonder what the others are for. Any of you folks with service manuals have any info? |

Was there an option for back up camera? |

Don't look for any help on the Navi in the 2003 Service Manual; it's not there. Acura/Helm must have an unpublished Navi Manual somewhere.

| Be very careful once you get in, don't change anything your not sure of you can mess the system up totally. |

I have an '02, so, not suprisingly, there was no mention of backup camera. Maybe someone with an '03 can look at the diag screen in their ride. |

| I went in and tried it. Works well with a bunch of options. I did'nt see anything for the backup camera though. |
