Have any of you replaced the windshield yet?
I have a nasty scratch on the windshield. It is exactly at the driver's eye level. It is quite distracting when the sun (or oncoming headlights) shines through it. A prism effect. A window repair shop tried polishing it out, but the scratch is too deep for them to remove.
So, I have a choice to either have the windshield replaced, or live with it.
If you had the windshield replaced on your MDX, I'm curious to hear if the repair shop was able to do a decent job? Were they able to get an original Acura equipment windshield or an aftermarket glass? Were they able to avoid chipping or scratching the paint when they replaced it? Any leaks?
