I must say that irrespective of the numerous complaints and problems I'm hearing on this board about the MDX, each time I get to go back to my mdx (or *baby* as many of us call it) - I'm all excited and feel all powerful! Like it's my first ride in it again. Just seeing the mdx makes me feel so good about buying it. And forget about how I feel when I'm driving it - "King of the road" is what it is! I almost feel nervous with all the attention when people all around stare into the mdx and wonder what's the fancy stuff (navi). Bottom line, this suv rules. Drives like a charms, flies when you want it to, turns tight (none of that sliding all the way across the seat while turning), looks great, and then there's the NAVI. Yeah baby! My wife and I already discovered a couple of new restaurants around our place. We picked "all restaurants" and "sort by distance" and just took of to a restaurant .8 miles away, in a corner we never knew existed. Turned out to be a great Mexican place. So we've made this a weekely thing - My wife, myself and the mdx - all go to a new restaurant. Then there's the wife, she frowned a bit when we got the mdx. I mean, we have a 1999 Ford Explorer Limited before. Also luxurious and feature packed. So I understood her concern when we swapped Ford for Acura. But guess what, she swears by the MDX now. She can't stop prasing the way it drives, the explorer feels like a truck when you drive, the mdx feels like - uhh- nothin! And that's a good thing. And I can't say enough of the space to put stuff. CD's, cassette, maps, cups, you name it, there's place for everyting. all neatly tucked away, Including the back, in the storeage for the head rests, I can put all my mdx stuff from old maps, to car things, to ice scrapers, whatever. Well, enough of that...I think I may have got a bit carried away into prasing this vehicle. Hopefully there are more like me reading this. If so, let me hear it baby!

| Maybe we should all start bad-mouthing our MDX's. It'd keep the owners of other vehicles off our backs, and would help clear up the waiting lists for those who know better. ;-) |
