| Ok guys I'm starting to slack a little. I'll try a little harder to get back to my usual series of pic's. You have to give me some slack I'm just getting back into normal life after a very stressful relocation. My head isn't quite screwed on right yet, but I'm getting there. |

I was in Nassau county in a 3 level 2000 sq feet Townhouse to Suffolk County in Town of Huntington to a 3200 sq feet 4 bedroom Colonial with 1/2 acre of land. I've had to replace the gutters and now the furnace next week, hope no more surprises. |

Hope springs eternal, Paul, but Surprise is the first name of Home ownership... Ironically I'm doing just the opposite. Going from a 5500 sq ft. 7 bedroom home to a ~2000 sq ft. Townhouse. :4: |

At least you're going the right way with more space both inside & out. Hope you're not commuting to Manhattan though because then your commute is getting worse. In April we went from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house (both in Nassau) & I'm still not sure we have enough room! I commute on the LIRR & at least I'm 2 stops & 10 minutes closer to the city now. |

I work in Nassau near the Queens border, the commute isn't that much further but with traffic it could run an hour, where I was 7 minutes before.
Hears another set of pic's, hope there more enjoyable. |
