Nuvie the Suvie is in for service today. She's getting her first oil change, Bose audio replacement, and the thud/clunk fixed. I miss her. Good thing I have a little one to keep me company.
Nuvie the Suvie??.. .Mesa, are your grandkids playing on your keyboard again? :D
Hey MesaBeige - I got my MDX a few days before you, and am taking her in for the first oil change and radio replacement on Monday - looks like we're tracking pretty close as our MDXs move into adolescence. Will be pacing back and forth across the shop as they operate. It's a 150 mile trip to my friendly Acura dealer, looks like it will be a nice day for a drive...
ghost,

cool, I'm looking forward to tracking with you. I'm going to move this thread to dealer ratings because I got some lousy service. See ya there.

"Nuvie the Suvie" sounds more like a dotage than the grandkids hijinxs! Also next time you have a bout of MDX separation anxiety, try putting a small dab of VTM fluid on your arm and cover it with a band-aid. I understand this reduces the cravings!:D:D
What should I do, after 1 month of ownership, we finally broke the car in at 600 miles. At this rate, it'll be ONE YEAR before we get to 7200 for our first service!! Someone help me find more excuses to drive this thing! We still baby it too much.

tanspace,
There has been a lot of discussion about what areas are and are not covered by the Acura navigation system. How about doing some field research for the rest of us and drive around the country a bit to check out coverage. At 700 miles per day of this activity you would reach your first service interval in 9 days!!
