I just got my 03 MDX. Great car.
The dealer said it's OK to use cheapest gas (87), instead of premium (91). He said everyone does it.
Is it a good idea? Is there reduced performance with cheap gasoline? |

| If you can afford the $40k for the vehicle, then stick with the 91. no pinging and there's a reason the Honda engineers recommend 91. The potential savings over a year is not with the hassle of potential problems. |
