Hi all.
Not long ago some of you planned to go to COSTCO to shop for various accessories (cargo area liners in particular) and post your "success stories" in here.
Did you go???
Did you buy anything???
Does it fit???
What is COSTCO item #?
I plan to hit the store this weekend and since it's rather large, it would be nice to know what to look for beforehand.
Thanks.
Thanks. |

Everytime I go to Costco, they don't have the cargo trays out yet. I was told they are a "spring" item. I am also having trouble finding black to match my interior.
I think I am going to look in R&S Strauss too !
Still looking for BLACK rubber mats from Costco, they are always out of the black ones. They are like $20...MOST CHEAP.

| I picked up my cargo liner from Costco last October, the tan color matches my saddle interior, and the price was $13.00 or $17.00. The size is a little bit smaller than the Acura one, however, it fits just fine, and a hell of alot cheaper. If I need to use the third row seats, I just roll it up, it fits behind them... |

I couldn't find the often mentioned cargo tray at our local Bay area Costco.
But I did find a cargo tray at Walmart for around $15. When I was there, I only saw the last one left, which is gray color. I always looked before and never saw it before, so I just grabbed it instead of waiting for a saddle colored one to match the interior.
Anyways, it is not very thick, but has a small raised edge, and is pliable. So for light duty, it should be fine to hold the water from umbrellas and such.
The best part of it is the size. It is just wide enough for the MDX, but not too deep. So you can either set it toward the second row seat when the 3rd row is down, to access the headrest, OR if the 3rd row is up, it is easily moved forward to cover up the headrest storage area (but still pliable enough to access it easily.
I don't remember the brand name (not Kraco), but I'll post it if I remember it. So far it's served us well. |

| I have the Costco cargo mat, and it is great. Have the tan color, which matches interior just right. |

| Hey guys, what is costco? I've heard of "costco dealers", but have no idea what this means. |

Hi, Tim.
Costco is a price club - Wholesale warehouses chain open to the public. They sell everything from food to electronics, tires, appliances, office supplies and simple furniture. Their everyday prices are on the same level as "coupon sale" prices in local supermarkets. The catch - one usually needs to buy in bulk.
Memebership is usually around $40 a year.

| Tim - In addition to what vip9 said, costco has such enormous purchasing power that manufacturers make certain products just for them (sometimes larger quantities, bundle with other products or slightly different materials/patterns). There are tons of items that you get substantially cheaper than "coupon priced" (e.g. 2 mag lights for $20). (Although I shop there only a few times a year, my wife calls me an addict--you have to put up with 30 minute check-out lines). |

I picked up a set of the All Weather Mats ($19.00) that are perfect for all this California Rain. Also picked up a Power Inverter ($34.00 is cheap) that you can plug into any of the three power plug in's to run electronic stuff like TV's and Nintendo. |
