I did a search but didn't find anything. I was hoping someone could post the dimensions of the rear headrest storage area. I'm trying to figure out what I can fit back there :1:
TIA. |

| :2: What you do is take a tape measure out there and measure it. That can't be to hard:3: |

It would be hard for him to do since his X is on order, thus the reason for his post! Here are the measurements:
40 1/4" wide
11" length
4 1/2 inches deep toward the front of the X
5 inches deep toward the back of the X |

jatharp: How I wish I could walk out to my driveway and do just that!!!!
hammermdx: Thank you very much! |

| Your welcome. These measurements are for the total area, so if you store the 3rd row headrests there, you will have slightly less room. Post some pic's when your baby arrives. |

| I certainly will. With any luck I should have it in a couple of weeks. |

Hopefully, the dealer won't give you some lame excuse as to why they have to delay your delivery.
I can fit a large california dust brush, a snow/ice scraper, and an umbrella in the headrest storage space.

With Jamie's help I have been able to figure out what is going on. If I had to rely on my dealer I would be bordering on clueless. I should have a VIN on Monday! |
