Just got my SBP Premium yesterday and even though the weather has been awful in the MD area, the X is awesome! The interior colors are just great and the performance of the X is beyond my expectations - and this is from a former TL owner!
Gotta say "Thanks" to you folks on this forum for providing excellent info from the care and feeding of the X to the 3.49% financing that I was able to take advantage of. What a great forum!!
Also, if anyone is looking for a great salesperson in the Northern Maryland area, ask for Mike Cramer at Frankel Acura. He is an honest and knowledgeable guy.

A number of people have changed at Frankel Acura over the years. I am a 4X customer over the past 12 years and my last sales guy, Dominic, who was a great guy, is no longer there - either is Chuck Patti, who was also a great Mgr to work with.
This time I had a tag team of Mike and Bill Wittman during the sale and Mike worked through the delivery process with me. Frankel is a good dealership and I recommend friends there often. The service department is the best.
Good to see another local haunting this forum. Go out and enjoy the couple of inches of snow that we are supposed to get today! |
