We have the same choice as yours arriving next week!
Great minds think alike.

We will most likely get pinstripes put on.
Could we have Tim check into a group discount on the Stongard clear nose protectors.

I have not had a chance to do any research yet, but I was wondering what choices people have made in regards to a bike rack that is not on the roof. I am petite; and the idea of lifting my bike on top of the truck terrifies me, even if I do get side steps. I would like something that's easy to use because I like to bring my bike back and forth to my office when the weather is good. If it could hold 4 bikes, I'd be in 7th heaven.

Here's the rack that I'm going to get (once I get the hitch to mount it on):

They do have a four-bike model, and they also have a version for tandems. And, no lifting.
I went to the site and the rack looks perfect! Thanks for responding!

How about electic windshield wiper defrosters? I have these on my Outback, it's a great thing. Now that we're up into the freezing zone, I've found the MDX wipers collect a lot of ice, be nice to be able to melt it off.

Anyone heard of an aftermarket kit for this?
I want to toughen this bad boy up a bit. Looking for taillight covers and a real grill guard. V-Tech Covers already shot me down. And CompTech said al teast six months to a year for a new cold ait induction kit. :(
